1. START REGISTRATION

The registration date for all our matches is stored in GENERAL INFORMATION in the main menu of the selected match.

2. REGISTRATION AND REG STATUS

After selecting a squad for the match and completing the registration form by the shooter, each registered
person will receive a confirmation email, informing them that he/she is registered for the particular match organized by RDA-IPSC. His/her name will appear on the registration server for the match with the status REG (Registered) and Squaded to a squad of his choosing.
ATTENTION: REG status doesn´t guarantee participation in the match. Match participation is confirmed only by a payment. After the registration, you have to pay for the slot in the match (so-called "the registration fee") as soon as possible.

If you fail to pay within 14 days after the registration, your place in a Squad is not guaranteed.
If you fail to pay within 21 days after registration, you will be relegated to the WAITING LIST until we receive your payment for the match.

Exceptions, which are in the view of the Match Director, may apply.

3. PAYMENT FOR THE SLOT ("STARTING FEE")

After receiving the shooter’s "Starting Fee" payment to our account, the status of the shooter will be changed into the status RDY. It means that the shooter has paid their. "Starting Fee" and he will stay in his/her desired squad (in case the squad is not full). We check our account for incoming payments on a weekly basis. In case you have paid the entry fee and have not received a confirmation email within two weeks after your payment, please contact Match director via email: kubica.dusan@gmail.com

In the field "Payment Details," fill in your name and/or REGISTRATION NUMBER. This is important for transfer identification. If you pay on behalf of more shooters, please enter all numbers and names. We kindly ask all competitors to pay the whole bank fee related to the wire transfer. In the field "Details Of Charges", choose "OUR". However,

if some shortage happens, the difference between the starting fee and the actual money received has to be paid in cash at the shooting range.

4. SQUADDING AND STATUS RDY

Squadding is done automatically in the first step of registration. After payment, you receive the status RDY (Ready).
This status means that the shooter with this said status fulfilled all the necessary registration obligations, and his/her match slot is fully guaranteed by the RDA-IPSC

5. DEADLINE FOR SQUAD CHANGES

The deadline for squad change, for each match organized by RDA-IPSC, is 10 days before the start of the match.
After this deadline, the squad change will be possible only with the Match Director's approval!

6.DEADLINE FOR CANCELLATION OF PARTICIPATION

ATTENTION!!! After the date stated in "Payment Information" as DEADLINE (Payment Info is uploaded on the registration server), Payment for the slot is not subject to a refund but can be transferred to another registered shooter who is not yet squaded.

Info for foreign shooters: Entry fee can also be paid personally by cash to Dušan Kubica at the competitions, where you will meet him (until the PAYMENT DEADLINE).

AFTER THE DEADLINE - movements of payments to another match are not allowed!

7. MATCH INVITATION

Match Invitation in the form of an Editable .pdf will be available on the registration server.If you require a notarized Match Invitation, you will be charged the costs associated with the said document, postage, and legal fees. These expenses will be collected from you at the shooting range during the registration for the match

8. MATCH DATE

Each match organized by RDA-IPSC Shooting Sports Club has the MATCH DATE stated in the document GENERAL INFORMATION (listed as date), which is available for download on our registration server. RDA-IPSC reserves the right to change the date of the match. A date change must be published no less than 7 days before the Match date.

PAYMENT DEADLINE for the match with the changed date remains unchanged, and rule 6. DEADLINE FOR CANCELLATION OF PARTICIPATION still applies.

9. GDPR

With Registration, you accept our terms for the General Data Protection Regulation that are listed on this registration server as GDPR.
